I am sitting in a conference room… Feeling nervous.  It is very quiet at that time and all you could hear was the air coming out of the a/c. 

While waiting, I looked around… The room was small but full of things.  All sorts of things came into my mind, I remember when I was first introduced to my first Job by my dad.

I woke up this morning thinking about River Phoenix again…

I knew it from the start that somehow he is attached to me. This is crazy and I wish for it to end but I felt like my research is not enough yet.  It seems that there is still something missing and I dont know what it is. Im afraid that this is becoming my obsession & it gives me the creeps just to think about it!!! Its not really healthy to become obsessed with a deadman!!!

My curiosity about celebrity deaths striked back again! First, "Rico yan" I was really affected when he died(at 2003)… I remember, I was like crying while watching his tributes everyday for 2 weeks!! It is lame but what can I do? I just watched his film "Got to believe" then after 2 months…unfortunately… He DIED and I was so devastated.

Next celebrity was Tupac Shakur(Died 1996) I didnt do any crying, but all I did was search for his videos, photos(even his autopsy photo haha) I even bought his "all eyez on me" album!! it made me more curious when I read some reports from the net that he is very much alive and continuing on making albums… & videos etc.

And now, after watching this  movie "Stand by me"(1986) –based on the novella written by Stephen King "The Body". Once again, this young boy(Now his age is 37) somehow touched my heart.  River Phoenix - who died cause of over using drugs such as: Heroin, Cocaine, Marijuana & valium…=( 

He was indeed very young when he died(23) though his movie career already made it and his music career is starting to boom (1992)(Music was his passion since he was a kid)

October 31, 1993 after his set, he went to his hotel room to meet his friends, brother (Joaquin Phoenix) & Sister (Rain Phoenix).  He was having fun, getting his guitar ready and also staying clean the whole day(Not using Drugs) because he was about to jam at the most popular bar at that time "The Viper room" (partly owned by Johnny Depp) with the famous band Red Hot chilli peppers and ofcourse Johnny depp was there with them at the stage.

Little did he know, the bad news was about to smack him on his face when his very good friend "Flee Red hot chilli pepper’s bassist" told him that he couldnt jam for the night.

He was devastated. He was shocked. Only god knows what he felt at that time… =( being rejected by a friend that he looked up to is one reason for him to take serious drugs again.  He went to source some drugs inside the club and made it onto the bathroom, after a few hours, he went out not feeling well due to over use.  His brothe rnad sister helped him to get out the club but when they made it to the side walks he fell down to the ground and started having seizures. 

The annoying part was there was people who witnessed but they just watched this celebrity and nobody even bothered to call 911.

His brother Joaquin called 911 hysterically asking for help. 4 minutes later the medics came and did everything they could do. But river was pronounced dead at 1:51am.

I never thought River was a loser for using drugs…  Literally thinking, it is just his own way of letting himself free.  Now he is gone and I know that he will be watching us.

Bye River Phoenix, you will endlessly flow on my mind.
